In Poland new builds are an extremely popular choice. Constructed to ‘developer standard’, they are delivered as a bare shell. Whilst this approach is somewhat unusual when drawing comparison with countries abroad, it does in fact have much to offer by enabling the customer the opportunity to
tailor their needs from the outset.
Existing properties can present their own unique challenges, typically age-related. For example, adhearance to the latest, plumbing, gas and electricity regulations. We have access to seasoned professionals who can undertake any compliance and remedial work.
